As a three-time Olympic rower and 2012 Olympic silver medalist, Dr. Viinberg knows how to optimize peak performance. Whether it’s for sport or general health, she works with patients by optimizing metabolic and hormonal functions within the body.

Each patient is treated with an individualized and integrative approach, using progressive lab diagnostics and therapies such as Clinical Nutrition, Botanical Medicine, Acupuncture, and Lifestyle Counseling. Dr. Viinberg has a particular interest in Sports Performance Optimization, Weight Loss, and Pain Management.

Dr. Viinberg obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biological Science from the University of Victoria. Upon graduation, she completed a four-year post graduate program in Naturopathic Medicine at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) in Toronto. During this period, she received special training in Sport Medicine, and is now a part-time clinic supervisor on the Sports Medicine rotation at CCNM. Dr. Viinberg is licensed to practice in Ontario, and is a member of the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors (OAND) and the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND).
